The Reward

During a weekend hunt two brothers discovered that the game they seek was not the absolute reward of the trip. But rather it was after a long day on the trail and they were finally settled in at the camp site with a beautiful fire burning when they realized what the real reward was.

The golden birches, the tent in the background and a nice warm fire burning with the kettle boiling, a nice hot cup of tea in hand, the warm glow on the trees as the fire illuminated the golden leaves, was absolutely enchanting.

While chatting about long faded memories of previous hunts, it occurred to them that this scene and the atmosphere that radiated over the wilderness at this very moment was the ultimate in rewards.

Nothing could match this feeling and no price paid would purchase what they were absorbed into and that they were experiencing the Reward!
